	the cook and kitchen crew have one of the most difficult job on the expedition; not only do they have to carry all the kitchen equipment, dining equipment, and the day's food supply for the expedition, they have to rush from camp to meal site to start preparing the meal way before the arrival of the paying clients, then having to dismantle the field kitchen, clean up and pack before rushing to the next campsite to start preparing another meal all over again
